We want you to love your Paul Valentine jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene and custom craftsmanship.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
